GOAT PDF TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and ToGo Networks Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the GOAT PDF installer (“Installer”) and associated software (“Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant and Usage Scope
GOAT PDF grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to sell, distribute, lease, or sublicense the Software. Compliance with these Terms is required for continued use.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your installation and use of the Software signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the Software. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we manage your personal data.
3. Installation Process and Optional Third-Party Offers
During installation, the Installer may present you with offers for additional software or services from third parties. These offers are optional, and you can choose to accept or decline them. Accepting these offers may result in modifications to your device settings, such as changing your default search engine or homepage.
“By proceeding with the installation, you consent to making our new search engine your default search provider and agree to the additional offers presented, as detailed in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The affiliate offer will be clearly displayed, and the search engine option will be emphasized as a ‘secondary offer’ beneath the download button.”

4. System Requirements and Installation Mechanics
Ensure that your device meets the minimum system requirements before installing the Software. The Installer may need to modify system settings or access certain resources, such as your device’s registry or internet connection, to complete the installation process.
Permission Requests: During installation, you will be prompted to grant necessary permissions. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete installation or limited functionality.
Component Selection: The Installer may allow you to choose which components to install. Review these options carefully to customize the installation according to your needs.
5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
As a user of GOAT PDF, you agree to the following obligations:
Prohibited Conduct: You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Software or its associated services. This includes unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or introducing harmful code.
Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Software in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unauthorized use may result in the termination of your access to the Software.
Intellectual Property Compliance: The Software and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Software in violation of these laws.
6. Software Updates and Automatic Modifications
GOAT PDF may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its discretion. These updates may be installed automatically to ensure optimal performance and security.
Automatic Updates: By using the Software, you consent to receive automatic updates that may modify or enhance its functionality. Updates may include security patches, new features, or bug fixes.
Feature Changes: GOAT PDF reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features of the Software at any time. While we strive to provide notice of significant changes, we are not obligated to do so.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. GOAT PDF does not warrant that the Software will be free from defects, errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of the Software is at your own risk.
Third-Party Content: GOAT PDF does not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content, services, or products accessed through the Software. Any interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOAT PDF and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software or ten US dollars ($10), whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GOAT PDF, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination and Uninstallation
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Software and ceasing all use. GOAT PDF may terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
Uninstallation Process: To uninstall the Software, follow the standard procedures provided by your device’s operating system. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration Clause: By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and agree to resolve any disputes through individual arbitration. This does not apply if you opt out of arbitration by notifying us in writing within 30 days of your acceptance of these Terms.
12. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of GOAT PDF to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of GOAT PDF. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
14. Force Majeure
GOAT PDF shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental actions.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GOAT PDF regarding the use of the Installer and Software and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
